  6. Monitor refrigerant pressure
  7. Test starting capabilities

All high efficiency systems come with a 10 year extended labor warranty. This extended labor warranty includes all equipment parts, but, not accessories. We had a car hit the house next door to us and knock out our water. We called Howell Services and another local plumber to have the damage looked at. The dispatcher for Howell Services was extremely polite over the telephone. Howell Services said they would be by at 3:00. The plumber Scott arrived, on the same day, 45 minutes early and was courteous and made me feel safe having him at my home. He worked efficiently and had our water back on in an hour.
